Pasion Transportation Service was founded by husband-and-wife team Michael and Karen Britten, with one simple mission: to treat every passenger like family.
As a U.S. Navy veteran with over 20 years of service and more than seven years of hands-on caregiving experience, Michael understands the importance of reliability, compassion, and putting people first. Karen brings more than 15 years of experience caring for seniors and individuals with diverse medical and mobility needs through her work in adult foster care
Together, they have dedicated their lives to serving Oʻahu’s kupuna and supporting families who need safe, dependable transportation they can count on. Their experience has shown them that transportation is more than getting from one place to another — it’s about preserving independence, dignity, and peace of mind.
